PROGRAMS
Prime’s Spring Break Programs are designed to keep youth athletes active, engaged, and developing during the school break. Led by experienced performance coaches, sessions focus on building athletic fundamentals, sport-specific skills, and confidence in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Programs are suitable for a range of ages and sports, helping athletes stay sharp, move well, and enjoy their time off school.
A fun, high-energy multi-sport program designed to keep young athletes active during Spring Break. Sessions focus on fundamental movement skills, coordination, agility, and teamwork through a variety of sports and games in a positive training environment.
A performance-focused off-ice training program built for youth hockey players looking to stay sharp during Spring Break. Sessions emphasize speed, strength, agility, and injury prevention while supporting on-ice development.
