How do you start your kids on the path to becoming fit, athletic, and agile?

Teach them how to master movement!

Our Intro to Training program will build athletic strength through a neuromuscular training philosophy, based on training movement, and creating healthy fundamental motor patterns (running/skipping/sliding). Intro to Training is about building athletic movement, linked system strength, power, transitional balance, coordination, mind-muscle integration and sequential muscle firing from the inside out.

​Coaches will identify and train up any weak links in the kinetic chain. Athletes will build core stability and strength, increase joint mobility and stability, and build full-body integrated strength. Additionally a large focus will be on run and sprint mechanics.

1x/week= $275 +gst (9 Sessions)
2x/week= $482 +gst (18 sessions)
