Prime’ Performance’s volleyball training program is consistently recognized for increasing athletes’ performance on the court. More specifically, Prime’ training methods continuously:

The off-season is where champions are built.

Our 8-Week Volleyball Performance Program is designed to help athletes develop the physical tools needed to dominate on the court next season. Whether you’re looking to jump higher, move faster, hit harder, or become more explosive in every rally, this program will give you the edge.

Over eight weeks, athletes will focus on:

📈 Athletes will be tested pre and post program using our state of the art sport science equipment, to provide clear evidence of their development over the 8 week program
🏐 Strength Development – Build a stronger foundation to improve power, resilience, and injury prevention.
⚡ Explosive Power – Learn to generate force quickly for more powerful jumps, spikes, and lateral movements.
📈 Vertical Jump Training – Increase your jumping ability through proven strength and plyometric methods designed specifically for volleyball athletes.
🏃 Speed & Agility – Improve first-step quickness, change-of-direction speed, court coverage, and reaction time.
💪 Athletic Movement & Injury Prevention – Develop mobility, stability, and movement efficiency to stay healthy and perform at your best.

Every session is designed to transfer directly to volleyball performance, helping athletes become stronger, faster, more explosive, and more confident heading into the competitive season.
