Prime’ Performance & Therapy in Nanaimo is excited to introduce our specialized Basketball Performance Training Program, meticulously crafted to enhance the skills and physical conditioning of basketball athletes across all levels.

Designed to maximize power, agility, and endurance on the court. This program builds explosive strength, helping players increase vertical jump height, improve speed, and enhance overall durability while minimizing injury risk.

Program Highlights:

  • Strength and Conditioning: Our certified performance coaches develop personalized training regimens focusing on building core strength, enhancing endurance, and improving overall athleticism, ensuring players meet the physical demands of competitive basketball.

  • Speed and Agility Training: Utilizing advanced techniques, we aim to boost players’ acceleration, quickness, and multi-directional agility, essential for optimal on-court performance.

  • Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation: Collaborating with our in-house physiotherapists and chiropractors, the program emphasizes strategies to prevent common basketball injuries and offers tailored rehabilitation protocols to ensure safe and efficient recovery.
