Dan Cheng is a strength and conditioning coach with a global background in international football and rugby. A former rugby player, his passion for athletic performance & speed development began at a young age while competing in elite sports. This early exposure shaped his dedication to high-performance training, injury prevention, and athlete development. His experience has given him a deep understanding of the physical, mental, and tactical demands of elite sport.
With extensive experience working with elite athletes, Olympians, and national programmes, Dan has operated in top high-performance facilities worldwide, refining athletes’ physical conditioning to enhance performance, resilience, and longevity. His global exposure has equipped him with a versatile and adaptable coaching style, allowing him to work effectively across diverse cultures and sporting environments.
