Looking for a baseball-specific training program this fall?

Prime’s off-season baseball training program is specifically designed for baseball athletes looking to add : Strength, Power, Resilience, and Speed to their game. Our focus is on building a healthier, stronger, and more explosive body that can perform all season long.
We encourage you to ask and look around…where are all the high performing baseball athletes training ? Prime, because here, we take the highest level of pride in our programs offering:

2. Performance coaches and training staff with a minimum requirement to hold a degree in human kinetics or exercise science

Phase 1: September 15 – December 19, 2025 (14 weeks)

Phase 2: January 05 – February 27, 2026 (8 weeks)
