Brady is a recent graduate from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He has always understood the importance of physical fitness and the role it plays in improving longevity for activities of daily living, elevating sports performance, and improving overall mental health. Brady emphasizes functional movement and is eager to implement research-based methodologies to help clients and Athletes reach their Prime Performance daily while minimizing their risk of injury.

Growing up in Newfoundland, Brady had the opportunity to compete in a wide range of team sports that include Volleyball, basketball, baseball, soccer, and his bread and butter; hockey. After graduating high school Brady pursued Jr ‘A’ Hockey in the Maritime Junior Hockey League (MHL) where he accumulated 140 points in 3 seasons and is recognized as the franchise leader in both points and goals in a single season with the St. Stephen Aces Jr ‘A’ hockey organization.

During his time at Prime Brady hopes to expand his current knowledge in the field of rehabilitation, high performance, and nutrition to help deliver high-end programming to all his clients.

As a newcomer to the west Coast, Brady is thrilled to explore everything Nanaimo and Vancouver Island have to offer. He is excited to collaborate with the multidisciplinary team at Prime Performance and is eager to inspire those around him through his contagious energy and positive attitude in the weight room.
